An opportunity to have a seat at the table with the COO and CEO in enhancing, creating, and streamlining preconstruction processes, structures, and teams in building a world class preconstruction process to their 20+ offices.

Departments reporting to this role: Estimating, engineering BIM/VDC, business development, and marketing.  

Additional responsibilities include: quarterbacking large & high profile projects in the high rise, data center, and microchip sectors.

Self perform concrete experience a plus.
