Location: Charleston, South Carolina

A well-established contractor in South Carolina's low country, boasting offices in both North and South Carolina and an annual volume nearing $1 billion, is looking for a skilled preconstruction estimator. This role offers the chance to expand and enhance services for clients in the healthcare, higher education, and commercial sectors.

You’ll have the opportunity to design your own framework by developing methods, processes, and best practices in estimating and preconstruction, alongside a strong Operations Manager and a business development team ready to drive results!
